Definitions:

PostCardia: The business assets,  facilities,  and owner of the PostCardia website.

Business Owner:  Mr M Bentley. 3 Bertram Road. New Milton. Hampshire. BH25 5EG

Item: An item may be a single piece or several pieces batched together.

Batch: A quantity of 2 or more items presented for sale or offers as a single item.

Seller: A seller is the party who currently has legal claim to an item and is displaying it for sale or offer.

Buyer.  A buyer is the party who engages in the buying process or offer process to acquire ownership of an item.

Transaction: A transaction is the process of exchanging money or items for an item or items using PostCardia.

Escrow: A temporary account for accruing sales proceeds. The contents of each escrow account belong to the seller of the items that were sold and represent the value of the sold items less the agreed service fee payable to PostCardia.

Service fee: The figure agreed as the percentage of item sales proceeds that will be charged for the services and facilities provided by PostCardia.

General Trading Conditions

PostCardia will act as an intermediary to facilitate the transfer of transaction monies between buyers and sellers. All such monies less the service fees shall be held for the period of time declared under "escrow terms" and shall then be transferred to the seller.

All transactions are between the item seller and the purchaser and not the operator or owner of this website unless the item owner is also the owner of this website.

The owner of this website cannot be held liable for any failure on the part of a buyer or seller to meet any of the terms of a transaction.

Should any disputes arise regarding items sold using the facilities of this website then the owner of this website will assist in resolving disputes by making available any records, transaction details, trading terms and agreements that relate to the disputed item(s). 

Buyers are required to abide by the "Buyers Agreement" and Sellers are required to abide by the "Sellers Agreement" when using this website and the facilities available on this website.

Buyer Agreement

By making payment for a transaction the buyer agrees for PostCardia to forward the payment to the seller(s) of the item(s) according to the "escrow terms".

Sellers Agreement

All images that accompany an item must show any faults that the item has.

Any item faults not clearly visible in the item image(s) must be described in the item Notes field.
